1800's Period Stone House Ideal for Film & Photo Shoots -- Just 1 Hour from Manhattan

The most unique space in the NY tri-state area, located in Mohegan Lake in beautiful Westchester Country/Lower Hudson Valley! Our late 1800's stone lodge offers endless opportunities for beautiful shots.
Features a stone Great Room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace; beams made from real trees; a barn door; wagon wheel chandeliers, and diamond shaped windows. The house sits on 1/2 acre which includes a (non-working) well. You'll have access to 1-2 bedrooms for dressing rooms and/or holding areas; 1 bathroom; a renovated country kitchen; a covered front porch; and backyard outdoor patio.
There's also a detached carriage house that's 1BR, with marble floors, full size kitchen and laundry. (Photos to come.)
Outside, there's a non-working well, and plenty of outdoor space to set up tents for a commissary or other needs you may have for the crew.

Minimum 4 hour bookings; discounts given for 12+ hours

Max 25 person crew

No candles.

No smoking indoors; smoking allowed outdoors in designated area.

No pets.

No equipment that weighs more than 500 pounds total.

If window screens are removed, must be put back into place.

May use houselights, but for anything larger like air conditioners, you must bring generator for power

No loud noise after 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends.

When booking, you must include ALL TIME ON SITE including set up and clean up.
